Hi Naomii, Our records show that your cancellation with Flymble was voluntary, and according to their terms and conditions, you were eligible for a partial refund, which has been processed. Follow up as the 9th November this was cancelled due to the pandemic Covid 19 and have proof by airlines I don’t want to hear excuses we was going through a pandemic back then and 2 flights got cancelled due to covid 19 hitting anymore excuses? As of I keep getting ignored they know full well they owe me a refund and they scam and scam and scam just look at there google reviews it’s flooded!! Scammers thought so as soon as they owe you money they go quiet I reported all the chat logs emails names etc to action fraud and reported this to small claims court on a act of fraud imagine how many people they do this to! I’m only telling the 100% truth on this review and the only way you will get me to remove it is asking for my bank details and giving me £299.44 of my money till then the fraud claims will run and I will take action of compensation for chasing you. Follow up as of 8th November 2023 Sophian kindly told me after I keep asking for updates which they don’t come to me may I say I have to chase them! Constantly emailing that the agency have refunded but I have to pay fly now pay later £172.14 what for? My flights were cancelled due to the pandemic of Covid in 2020 you can’t even make this up lol she is frauding me out of a payment I’m suppose to have back £299.44 is meant to come back to me she is withholding this payment as she wants £172.14 lol! □ I paid directly to fly now pay later no one else I paid them therefore they are liable for my refund, I paid for a service I did not get as it was cancelled have all the proof and SUPRISE!!! She has gone quiet now I noted all that down in a email. you simply fraud customers and that’s all there is to it between you & flymble & kiwi your all as bad as each other seriously do yourselves a favour people an book direct with airlines never had a issue booking direct with easyJet but this company is a rip off scammer etc I contacted action fraud and made a formal statement as im tired a customer should not have to run around doing your work for me you should be ashamed of the tactics you take to fleece people, I already got a open court claim against fly now pay later but they simply don’t respond so they love frauding customers and simply won’t refund what’s there’s, kiwi was given my bank details so many times but then blames flymble then flymble blames fly now pay later and they blame flymble lol it’s unreal now I just don’t get no response absolute shambles I also contacted wales online to run a story about this sheer scams these company try to pull so they don’t pay out. Wouldn’t use them there out to fraud and fleece every penny out of people but once they owe a refund BAM non contactable ignores all emails etc don’t tell me to contact support I already did this.
